Started since November 2016, “Talents Development Program” is one of many training courses offered by TTV to its employees. The course comprises 9 classes delivered by skilled managers who have extensive experience in various fields such as project management, leadership communication, and among others.
This time, Le Tram Anh, CHO of TTV gave lecture on how to evaluate team performance to new project leaders and engineers who are potential to be promoted to leader positions.
To make sure the evaluation of team performance is fair to every member, the class attendees were discussing following topics seriously.
- Performance appraisal process and key points
- How to evaluate performance of team member
- How to make a decision to promote an engineer to a higher level
