■The Job Duties
You will work as a Lead Java Developer to join our projects for Japanese clients/other countries.
• Read and understand technical specification and conduct the implementation
• Clarify requirements from clients
• Perform unit testing to ensure the system run correctly with design documents
• Investigate the issue and give the optimized solution
• Review source code and design documents
• Workflow improvement and execution
• Willing to work as Team Leader and conduct training members

Required Skills and Experience:
Key Qualifications:
• Have 5+ years working as Java Developer (web)
• Have experience in Version-up Project (3 times or above), Team Leader/member Mentors
• Proficient in Java (Springboot), Linux, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Have a good skill of problem-solving
• Have experience work in Agile/Scrum process
• Strong skills in team leadership and client relationship (plus point)
