The Job Duties

We are seeking Fresher IT Communicator to join our outsourcing projects for Japanese clients who:

• Translate the requirements, specifications, work discussions via email/chat channels (OJT).
• Interpret the project meetings, technical specification explanation MTG (OJT).
• Learn IT fundamentals and software development workflows (Agile, Waterfall).
• Support project teams to ensure smooth collaboration across languages and cultures.
• Report on direct leader.

Your Skills and Experience

• Preferably candidates with JLPT N1 certificate.
• Bachelors’ degree (or final-year student) in Japanese Language University.
• Good teamwork and willingness to handle non-project tasks.
• Strong problem analysis skills and a continuous improvement mindset (a plus).
• Proficient in Ho-Ren-So communication style (a plus)
