As usual, the TTV’s management board held a Town Hall meeting with purpose of meeting as introduce about new policy working 2019 and TTV's Award in quarter I/2019.
With TTV’s Awards system, we have awared the efforts of TTV’s employee and encouraged them to meet the goals in 2019. This time, we had praised the employee has lowest rate of starting working late which rewared for their diligence in quarter I.
Morever, we launched the TTV award system in 2019 such as: the best project, the best team, the best project sales, the best performance. They will be reviewed every 6 months based on team performance, client satisfaction, project profit, quality norms, effort to limitturn over percentage.
We will work hard together to achieve the best result for 2019 plans.
