Two-Month- Onsite Training in Tokyo

Since 2015, TTV has regularly sent employees to its parent company transcosmos inc. in Japan for onsite training. The fifth onsite training which lasts for two months has been given to two lucky members since the beginning of Dec.

During the training process, they are provided with various training modules to enhance not only technical skills but also communication, language and leadership ones.

Thanks to the onsite training initiative proposed by transcosmos project team, TTV outsourcing projects have been operated more smoothly than before and the relationship between TTV and transcosmos Inc. has also become closer.
