transcosmos opens the 2nd center for transcosmos Technology Vietnam, its Vietnamese subsidiary specializing in software development

transcosmos hereby announces that transcosmos transcosmos technology Vietnam co., ltd. (Headquarters: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; CEO: Daisuke Kamada; transcosmos Technologies Vietnam); its wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in agile software development services in Vietnam, opened a new business base in Hue City, central Vietnam, on February 13, 2025, to accommodate growing demands for its services.
transcosmos Technology Vietnam was established as a joint venture with Technologic Arts Co., Ltd. in 2014, and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of transcosmos in 2017. As an agile software development company, transcosmos Technology Vietnam offers solution development services for Japan and ASEAN nations. With many Drupal and Aqcuia certified engineers—both world-leading CMS platforms—and qualified PMPs (Project Management Professional), the company also provides serverless application development services as a certified AWS Partner.
The new center is located in Hue City, central Vietnam. The city prospered as the imperial capital of the Nguyen Dynasty, and served as the national capital from 1802 to 1945. Hue City is home to many universities including Hue University, University of Foreign Languages Hue University, and Hue University of Sciences, and creates diverse talented people. The Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training has set out its plan to upgrade Hue University to a national university by 2030. Accordingly, the number of students is estimated to grow to 60,000 - 6,5000. In addition, with its population reaching 1.16 million, Hue City became a centrally-controlled city on January 1, 2025. Recognizing its growing potential and to secure development engineers and people who can serve as a bridge between Japanese and Vietnamese, the company has chosen Hue City for its second center.
